Complete the Application Checklist
Please email the following documents to homeschool@hillacademyepa.org.
Note: Each part of the admission process will be graded, and your total score will determine whether you are selected. Be sure to give your best effort in every category.

1) 7th Grade Report Card (Most Recent)

2) Admissions Essay: Applicants need to write an essay (around 300 words long) answering two questions; “How did you learn about Enver Academy?” and “Why do you want to attend Enver Academy?”.

3) A reference for recommendation: Email us the contact information of one of your child’s mentors from After School, Youth Club, or Cultural Center which your child is attending locally. Please send us the reference’s name, title, email, and phone number.
Step 3
Admissions Exams
The exams will be on Mathematics, English, and Quran. Exam dates are subject to change.

If a student has IEP or 504 plan parents are required to have Case Manager or Child Support team send us the needed accommodations such as additional time, small group setting etc. in order for us to provide the proper accommodations for the Admissions Exam.
Step 4
Joints Parents and Student Interviews
Interviews with parents and students will be held in April and May. The admissions committee will schedule interviews individually. Application checklist should be completed for the admissions committee to schedule the interviews.
Final Decision
Following the interviews, the admissions committee starts to examine the students’ applications. The final decision will be made by latest May.

Enver Academy will continue to process applications after May on a rolling basis until the available spots are filled.
